Thereupon a communication from the Board of Directors cf the );lsincre Chamber
of CoTnmerce +-as presented to Council in which vtas submitted the Boards proposal
favoring t'rie installation of three Neon Signs ir, vsrious locations cn prominent
highways advertising h~lsinore as Hot Springs Resort, said proposal being submitted
for Ccuncilc consideration and reaction as to the advisability o` such a grogram
a_;d if Councils reaction is favorable, could the Chamber of Cocunerce expect any
financial aid from the City in this entrerprise.
Upon Councils consideration of the matter it .as agreed that sc.id matter ba tak
en under advisement and further consideration.
Thereupon the Clerk prsssntsd to Council communications received frc:n`r.""m, ~. .
Bonnelli, Ivfember of the State Board of equalization and Geo, Stout, State Liquor
4?Ldrninistratarain which they acknowledged the receipt of copy of resolution passed
by Council, protesting the issuance of any further licenses fOY' gale, of alcoholic
beverages in ':he City of Elsinore and suited that so far as can be r;one same c: ill
be respected as a guide. in future matters.

Thereupon the report of Preston D. Crem certified Public, accountant rho dace,

Building Inspector and. City Judge for the period from July 1 to idov. 25th, 1;38

Thereupon Resolution ~# 326 t-as introduced and rend being a Resolution cf
the City Council -providing that certain outstanding warrants issued by the city
and not beiixg presented for payment u:~ithin the legal time limit, be cancelled.
