Upon Councils due consideration of said applications it was moved by Councilman
C. ~. Lovejoy and seconded by Councilman Perret that Lena Call ismz be appointed
City "dater Glerh and License Clerlt at a salary as now fixed by Resolution for said
offices, which motion etas carried by the following vote:
f}.yes: Councilmen: Lovejoy, Tracy, Perret, i~lills and Itdatich.
Noes: None.

lrlkrereupon it ~,:as gloved by Councilman (Sills and seconded by Councilman l~dacy that
Mr. Beach be notified to cancel the Bond of C. L. Callison former ~+ater Clerk and
1 that he furnish a. bend in like amount to cover Lena Callison the newly appointed
s"dater and License Clerk, tyhich moticn upon vote eras unanimously carried.
~ Thereupon it tivas moved by Councilman Flills that E. H. Shaul be appointed City
~' Judge and Building Inspector raid there being no second to his motion he requested
I that motion be wwithdra~mn.
Upon Councils further consideration and discussion of applicants for the pcsiti.on
of City Judge and Bidg, Insped'tor, it was gene*.red by Councilman ts'.ills and seccnded
by Councilman P,Iacy that E. H. .Shaul be appointed to the offices of City Judge and
' ldg. Inspector, which motion etas carried by the following vote:

Noes: Alone.

Thereupon Resolution ~32j seas ultroducsd and read by Councilman Lovsjoy, being
' reolution of the City Council requesting that no additional Psrmits for the Sals of
alcoholic Beverages be issues' in the City of Elsinore until such time as it beccmes
pparent that rho prese-nt number of permits issued are insufficient to serve the
i egitimate needs of the City.
