The meeting was called to order at the hour of 7:30 P.Pd. with Plfayor t:4atich in

Councilmen F. H. Smith, Roy ?iacy, Henry Perret, J. E, PEills and N. Ddatich
answered the. roll c~.ll. ..Absent: None.

City Council of the,City .f, Elsinore„ provding that,: Whereas the Council ;of,.the ';''
City of Elsinore'by Ordinance No 232 adopted on the 14th day of P,Farch,,.19.38, did ,>:°.
call and proclaim a special municipal election to be held in said City of Elsinore
on Tuesde.y, the 12th day of April, 193$ for the. purpose of submitting to the
qualified voters of said city at such election the proposition of incurring a
bonded indebtedness in the amount of $15.000.00, the proceeds of which are to be
applied towards the cost of the acquisition of all the outst~.nding improvement
bonds-dated-i~dey 10, 1;926;-and designated "Series %", issued'"liy the City of Elsinore,
under the Improvement Bond Act 1915; and that bids be received for the purchase of
said bonds en L?onday April 25, 1938 at the hour of x:30 P.P,R, in the Council Chamber
of the City Hal p in said City of Elainore, and that notice for calling ouch bids
should be given.
Now Therefore, be it resolved that the City Clerk of the City of Elsinore
be and hereby is authorized and directed to give notice of the sale of said bonds.
thereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Councilman Perret
that Resolution No. 31~ be passed and adopted as read, vrhich motion was carried by
the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Smith, iviary, Perret, Mills and tdatich.
Ploes: None.
Absent: None.
Thereupon there being no furiher business to come before Council on motion
1 duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular adjo>rned session on

City Hall the usual meeting place.
