Thereupom the Clerk::presented to'Geuncil;a dommuncation from-City Atty• Eugene Eest enclosing therewith prepared;minutes and teiler§s report to-bs"used at the"': canvass of the bond election on April 13th a.nd a resolution providing for the publication of-,.notice' of sale;; of the;,bondsr-:.and a form of"e£fidavit.of mailing notice td the:; Department of-Finance :::and the State ;Treasurer .and advi.'sed that the;rregular--' meeting of April llth„be adjourned -to April 13th styes specified-.hour and =at which; meeting the<resoluton in ;reference.. o ahelnotice of sale which calls for;_bida on April 25th be passed-and adopted-and then_puhlished an Agri1.14th andz2lst and mailed to the State Treasurer and Dapt. of Finanae. Thereupon. the Chair reported torCounel that he";,has consulted-,with the City Atty. relative to the;pro:posed plan of making a,apecial;charge for:certain connections to the Lakeshore Drive Sewer line and that he was advised that this could only be provided for by,an Ordinance which: he: deemed inadvisable.: -: whereupon. it wa"s ;agreed by Council that-aha"matter be dropped.- Thereupon ;the Clerk presented,tR! Councia a. communication :from he State:Con- troller with enclosed executed copy. of sn agreement;>to pur;chase certain lands im the City of Elsinore, which he, approved-,and":advised that-she .Tax-Collector has ,been=given notice of the approval of this sale and ordered to make the necessary publication as provided by law. YVhereupon-it was-duly moved and ;carried:-that said":communication and agreement:- be received and ordered placed on file. Whereupon it was agreed by Council that same be turned over to Councilman Ferret for future consideration. ,Thereupon the Clerk reported to Council that proposed,.*Cilk Ordinance prepared . _, by the City Atty, at"the request of the City Health Officer was on file and asked if Council desired to have it presented for consideration.
