A regular meeting of the City Council of brie City 'of Elsinore was'held on-the

in the Chair.

answered the roll call. .-_ -.
Absent: None.

and there being no corrections or omx~ssibns were`epproved as read.

City men from the State releif rolls for labor~on work projects for which the City'
has no available funds and..otherwise could not be carried out, The terms of the
agreement'to provide that'City'aesume 15~`d"ifferential'"and

Upon Councils due consideration of the State's proposal, it was moved by
Councilman (dills and seconded by Councelman Psrrett'that the 1Liayor and Clerk be
authorized to execute on beheld of the City, an agreement with the State for 8000
yours of labor for reork on storm drains, servers and lighting system, The City to
assume ~5~ differential and 5~ for supervision of the total labor cost and to
provide compensation Insurance., which motion was carried by the following vote:

Thereupon the Treasurer's monthly report vras presented to Council and on moti~
my made and carried was accepted and ordered placed on file,
Whereupon the Clerk presented to Council a corrununication from the Brnwn-
re~mer Investment Co. a firm ontion on the 1915 Act Bonds anal enclosed tv~o copies
f the agreement and requested ~fapproved that same be executed and one copy
eturned to him for forwarding to the Gompany,
Whereupon it-was moved by Councilman P;iills and seconded by Councilman Perrot
hat the agreement submitted by the Brown-Creemmer providing ;fdr a firm pption on
he 1915 Act Bonds be approved and that the Mayor, Treasurer and Clerk be Authoriz-
d to execute same for and on bohalf of the City of Elsinore, which motion was
arried by the following vote:
Ryes: Councilmen Smith, Macy, Perrot, Adills and Idatich.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Thereupon Ordinance ;?~ 232 uses presented tc Council on second reading, being
n Ordinance of the City of Elsinore, Calif, calling and providing for the holding
f a special election to be held in the City of Elsinore on Tuesday the 12th day
f April 1938 and submitting to the qualified voters of said City at such election
he proposition of incurring a bonded indebtedness in the amount of W,5000.00

the proceeds of which are to be applied toy^fards the cost of the. acquisition of all

Whereupon it was moved by Councilman PJfills and seconded by Councilman PSacy

Thereupon Councilman Smith reported to Council that he has conferred-with the -

pay and that he advised against,.ths practice., ,
