being an Ordinance of the City of Elsinore, Calif „ calling and providing+"for- the
holding of a special election to be held in said City of Elsinore on Tuesday, the
12th day ,of, April, 1,938_ and, sybmitting -to-the, quali:fzed' vdters of::asaid City- at"such
