Minutes of the last regular meeting held on May 22nd were then read by th6
Clerk and there being no corrections or omissions were approved.as read.

from the main sewer to the parkway in front of his property but that said re-
corded line was not installed and that as a result of added labor required in.

to Council showing receipts for said month to be as follows:

which on motion duly made and carried were accepted and ordered plade,,donfile.
Thereupon Councilman Lovejoy reported to Council that the Public,Liability,
°and Prop�.erty� Damage 'Insurance on the Garbage Truck -placed' with, him' p�rior' to the
date. -ot -,his taking office as a,,dity% Councilman 'will expire 'within '30 days and
therefore suggested that this coverage be placed, elsewhere.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilmen Perret anti� seconded by Councilman ?,lacy
that this matter be referred to Councilman Mills with Authority to place the
insurance:,on the; garbage truck, which motion, upon vote; was carried.

Whereupon it, was duly moved and carried that said communication be received and
filed.

Whereupon it was duly moved and carried that said report be received and ordered
filed.
A communication from Chief of Police Cox was then presented .1 to Council in which he

Whereupon it was agreed by Council that the Clerk ,be,instructed to return :the .card
and make nine reservations for Elsinore.
Thereupon Resolution # 329 was introduced and read upon motion by Mayor,Matich and
seconded by Councilman Mills and vote carried, being a Resolution of:the CityoCouncil of
the City of Elsinore, proposing certain streets be designated as Streets of Major
Importance.
Whereupon it was moved by Mayor Matich and seconded by Councilman Mills that Reso-
lution # 329 be passed and adopted as read and after,;diseusqionsaid motion was with-
drawn by Mayor Matich an'd'1,66nsented to by Councilman ;Mills.
Whereupon after further discussions on said Resolution #329 it was moved by
Councilman -11 Mil ' Is - and seconded by,Counc , ilman.,Z8,cy that ,Reaqlukion.# 3211 be -paseed' and
