Thereupon the Treasurer's and Clerks monthly repcrts mere presented tc Council and cn motion duly made and carried e;ere accepted and crdered placed on file. `~hereup'en tne'.`water Clerks monthly report ~r_as presented to Council, submitting ,. ~ _ .. a 'statement of current""receipts for the month of December showing as follov!s: ,.rater Collections X1,0']0.84 License Collections 40.53 Total Collections ~1,111,3q '±Thereupon it was duly moved and. carried that said report be accepted and order-' ed placed on file, Thereupon the Clerk presented to Council a statement submitted by the Temescal >S"ater Co. ccvering their .•,ater tc~ithdra^.^;als dux•ing the month of .Sept.. 1933 from their Railrcad Canyon Reservoir sho~.ing a total !withdrawal of 1,164 t,?.I.~J. or 606.j6 acre feet, and their statement covering monthly ;aithdravaals during the year from Cct. 1, 1937 to Oct.. 1, 1938 showing total withdrawal fcr the year of lye „ 05 °•i,I.D. or 5316.20 acre feet and rater elevation on Oct. 1, 19323 being 1399.9.$ ft. or a storage increase of 0.04 ft, equal to 22 acre feet.. 'hereupon it yeas moved by Councilman Pills and seconded by Councilman Lovejoy that said reports be received and ordered placed on file, ti:^hich motion upon vote +:as carried. Thereupcn Legislative Bulletin {~ 1, 1939 Series submitted by the League of Calif. P•Punicipalities together ~^aith notice that the suggested tdodel City Tax .Ordinance is new completed and ready fcr dist-ributlon and that one copy vai11 be sent to the City Clerk of each member City upon written request, was presented to Council.- . thereupon it was moved by Councilman 1Pacy and seconded by Councilman Perret that said Bulletin be received and filed and that t17e Clerk be directod to make tx ,r:ritten request fora copy of the f~icdsl Tax Ordinance, which motion u}?on .vote eras carried. Thereupon -the Clerk presented to Counci'1 a communication from the F?'.chfieid Oil Co, together eaith their proposal to snter into. a Sales agreement s;ith the City, offering to furnish the C,ity's gasoline requirements for the year of 1939 at following quoted prices. Richfield Ethyl Gasoline G .16¢ per gal. Hi-Octane .First Grads " ~ .13y; per gal. Flash Gasoline ~ .125' per gal. Upon Councils dus consideration of said proposal it was agreed that i"he matter be laid. over for further consideration at the next meeting of Council. Bills in the amount of ¢~74~.48 ae audited by the auditing cor¢nittee. vaere then presentsd to Council and on motion duly made and on call vote carried wrere ordered
