was held on the above date. The meeting vaas called to order at the

and T1. iviatich, answered the roll call.

The minutes of the '_ast refular meeting held cn Noval2th

TYiereupcn RIIr. C. 0, hart appeared before Council and reporte
that to let rid of a sump hole in the street in front of his property
oh Graham E1ve. he apalied for a. Hermit tc raise his curbing, w.":ich
permit t^ras gra.rted b,y the State t1;gh~•7e.y Dent, and that said curb has
beer. completed for some time but no action Y:?s been taken by the
State "if^~t?ay Dept. to raise the level of the Street and as he ~rTas
a-^,xious to heal' the sump hole filled up before the v,~inter rains started
he again conferred t~ith the Tii<t'ht'~aps offs,-cals re;~=sdine the matter
and ~~^s advised by them that then ~:,~ould not assume the resaonsibility
of makin{~ this fill unless the City officials of y'lsincre would
autr,orize tPte ork and assume responsibilitg if water z;*as diverted
to cause it to cverloty other private prcpertyy and he requested that
Council take some action on the matter.
Upon Councils due consideration of the i;latter it *rras agreed
that there vras notT;.ing,council could do about the matter and it was
t?.erefcre roved b?-,y* Councilman Lovecy, and seconded by Councilman
T~i11s that since there is nothing Council can do regarding siad
matter that Council proceed v-ith their regu3ar business, which motion
upon vote eras carried.
Thereupon a commtmication i'rcm the City Clerk of Corona
was presented to Council in vrhich he advised that the next meeting of
the Citrus Belt Deivision cf the League of Ca'if. Citrus ~~ill be
held in Corona on r'riday -November 29th at the Kinney Hotel at ~:OOP.N?.
at requested that the enclosed c<.rd for reservations be returned
promptly.
;)hereupon it ores agreed b. Council that the Clerk be
instructed to mail the card and make reservations for four from
Elsinore.
Thereupon Councilman Loveioy reported to Council that a
Glo Fire Gas Log has been placed ir. the Clerk's office on trail and
.that it has proved to be very setisfactery.
i7hereunon it v?as moved be Councilman Pa?ills and seconded by
Councilman Perrot that is be authorized to puz''chase the Glo Fire-Gas
Log and a screen to be t~laced in front of it, -hick ration upon vote
v7as unanimously carried.

Councilman Lovejoy also reported to Council that rega ding the refurnis::ing

Thereupon there being no furtr.er business to come before Council on
motion duly made and carried Council adjouned to .meet in regular session on
t~~onday Dec. 9th at the hour of x:30 P.T,I, in the City Ball the usual meeting
