- P.4inutes of the asst regular meeting held on Augu tr 12th were
then read by the Clerk and trierebeing no corrections or omissions were
approved as read.
Thereupon Nr, FIendrix, Trustee of the St. Paul's Church of
Christ;; .appeared beforecouncil: and reported that-the members of said
_. Church-,hwe;arranged to hold a church picnic oh Thursday ~ugust'29th
and requested of Council that they be granted permission to use the
Ciry Park grounds for holding said picnic.
:Vhereupon it was agreed by Council that the'-`rectiiest 'of the
St. Paul's Church of Christ be r?ranted-: "
-• `• whereupon Gertrude Paulus, owner^of a parcel of land located
-: east of Line'-Street and fronting on the Soutr~erly side of'Lakesh`ore Dri

ghat Council give further consideration to her former request that she
' be granted water service 'to her propert'y;`stating that she`has as,a
home-'site`and'.in order to- carry out her pla~tng•program, she must
acquire water service to the property. -
Upon Councils>consideration of the'matter`'it was agreed that
the matter be referred to the 1'later Commissioner for further investi-

it was,'drawri for the reason that-said 'Narrant.,was evidently lost:: and::§aid: amount
