~ A regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City
I of Elsinore was held on the above date. The meeting`cras called to

i order at' the hour of 7:30' P.r~. with Tti~ayor P~~atich' in the `chair.
Councilmen:-- C. A. Lovejoy, Roy Macy,'Henry Perret,
j J. E. S."lls and T?, Siatieh, answered the roll ca1L ` Absent: -- None
P:4inutes of the last regular meeting held on April 8th vrere
then read by the Clerk and there being no corrections or omissions,
~ vaere approved as read.

Thereunon the Clerk presented 'to Council a communication
from E, ;E; Keifer, District ?1°anager Riverside County N:Y,A, Projects,
relative to the possibility of developing a project for the City
of Elsinore;. such as the Basebaal Park'Improvement!Program and advised
in detail rsgardirig the `requirements =and the proceedure "to be taken in
the drevelopment of"such`a'project, and"offered to °discuss further and`
assist Council in the development of such a project.
?ihereupon it was moved by Councilman Perret and seconded by
Councilman Nils that the Clerk be directed to notify P,7r. Kiefer that

~ Couhcil is intereuted in the proposed development of an N.Y,A, project
`:and extend. to hire an invi'tatiori to meet witYr the City Council, at their
next regular meeting to further discuss and assist in the development
of the proposed Baseball Park project, vrhich motion upon vote was
carried.,' .:
Thereupon IuTr. Galrielson appeared. before Council .and submitte
a tentative bid of`10~=per foot for di"gging of ditches for the proposed
I sewer and water line projects.
~ Ution Councils corisideratiori-of the matter it was agreed that
a further check be made of the work rewired-and P.rir Galrielson was'

t inacted to return to Elsinore next N,onday to .check the proposed work
with Council, which he agreed 'to'do.
This being the time fixed by law for canvassing the°returns
of the General;Allunicipal Election held on Tuesday April 9th, 19L.0
in the City"of Elsinore,
It was moved by Councilman Lovejoy and seconded by Councilman
P.~ills that P~4ayor 1\Zatich and Councilman Macy be _appointed tellers of the
`' Counci to officially canvass th'e return"s of said general munic,j.p.al-
elec ion, v?hich motion /vas carried by the °following vote: ~-

Vdhereupon it was moved by Councilman &:ills and seconded by
Counchrian Lovejoy. that the report of-the tehlers of the Council be '
approved and adopted, which motion-upon vote vras;unanimousl~r carried.
Thereupon Resolution ,'345 vacs intorduced and read bring a resolution
of the City Council declaring he result_of.,the;general Pllunicipal election.

The retring-Couneil then adjourned- sine die and the :new officers
took charge of their respective offices, when the following, proceedings

Mayor Priatich then reported to Council that since all ,Councilmen
whose term of office had expired had been re-elected to office and qualified, that
all. standing ,committees, continue to served during the next erm as per former
