Crane by approved and filed, which motion was carried by the following vote: Ayes Councilrtlen Lovejoy, Maey, Perret, Mills and Matich. Noes None Absent None Thereupon it was moved by Councilman Macy and seconded by Councilman Perret that the Clerk be authorized to return to D.R. Crane and 1?oss Millard their bid checks which they filed with their bids, which motion u,ox. vote was carried. Thereupon Dr. Fox, Riverside County Health Officer ap ~~,~ ed before Cotmcil and explained in detail to Council, relative to the services to be rendered to the City in connection rovith the proposed agreement with the County Health Dept, 4hereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Councilman Macy that no action be taken on the execution of said agreement until Supervisor Stanfield is contacted relative to the matter which motion upon .vote was carried. :hereupon it was moved by Councilman Lovejoy and seconded by Councilman ~[acy that the check in the amount of ~7.50~received from the Presbyterian Church as payment for a gas heater przrehased from the City be accepted and deposited to the general fund, which motion u~oon vote was carried. 73ills in the amount of san as audited by the Auditing Committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and carried were ordered paid ~~nd the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants in payment of same. Thereupon there being no further business to come before Council on motion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular session-on Monday Dec. 22nd. at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the City Hall the usual meeting place.
