MINUTE RECORD OF kEGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL MEETr1YG HELD OK THE loth DAY OF NOV~LtBER is 41 a+hereupon it was moved by Councilman Lovejoy and second- ed by Councilman Ferret that Ordinance X245 be passed to its second reading, which motion was carried by the following vote: Ayes:Councilmsn: Lovejoy, Mae y, Ferret, Mills and Mauch. Noes None. Abser_t: None. Thereupon the Clerk presented to Council a eommtanication from F. Custer of Corona, submitting an inventory of rein- forcing steel which he has available for sale to the City and requested that City place early order for same if interested as he cannot hold for any length of time. ~uJhereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Couneilmar. btacy that the Mayor be authorized to place an immediate order for steel required for the proposed Sewer Pumping Plant Improvement, which motion was esrried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen: Lovejo;;r, Macy, Ferret, Mills and Matich. Noes: None. Absent None. Bills in the amount of ;1020.22 as audited by the Audit- ing Committee were them presented to Council and on motion duly Iea$eand carried were ordered paid and the Clerk was in- strueted'to issue warrants in payment of same. Thereupon there being no further business to come before Council om motion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular session on Monday Nov. 24th at the hour of 7:30 P.rd, in the City Hall the usual meeting place.
