Matieh, arisv¢ered the mall cahl:" Absent None. s _ _., _. _- -._ .__.,.,.., ~ .. , -Minutes'' of the last-regular meeting held on €~ctober l4th;= were- - then read by the 'clerk and there being no correcti ons or omissions were approved as read. ~ Wfhereupon the Clerk presented to Council a communication from R.T. Hicks County Auditor reporting the sale of certain tax de- linquent property in the City of Elsinore and advising that under the proYision of"Statute the Gity must make claim for their pro- rate share of the proceeds from the sale of said property not later than Dee. 20, 1941. j ~ilhereupon it was moved by Councilman Lovejoy and seconded by ! councilman Macy.,~hat the Gity Clerk be authorized to make the re- II quired elai~n-for "the Cty~s pro-xate share of the proceeds from ~; the sale of said property,, which motion upon vote was carried. j Thereupon the Clerk presented to Council a copy of final re- ~ port submitted by E,. C. Su19,ivan, District Engineer, covering the expenditures made by the State under Project No. 4 (a) of the ! Memorandum of Agreement for expenditures of 1/4 cent gas tax funds for streets of major importance in the City of Elsinores ii Whereupon it seas duly moved and carried that said report be received and filed. Ii Thereupon Councilman Mi11s, Street Commissioner, presented to i Gornzncil his writ~en final report covering expenditures for the im- provement of various streets of major importance under Project No. 4 of the Memorandum of Agreements Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Perret and seconded by Goulcilman Lovejoy that said report be accepted and filed and that three copies of said report be forwarded to the State Division of Highways; which motion upon vote was unanimousl-y-carried. Thereupon a communication from Miies E. Nickles, Mgr. Hemet ~ Utility Turkey Show and Congress was presented to Council in which was extended to Council and the Citizens of Elsinore an invitation to attend the- Sixth Annual Hemet Utility Turkey~~Show and Congress, showing Nov. 6, 7, 8, and 9th. Whereupon it was duly moved and carried that said communi- cationbe received and filed.
