Thereupon.,Engineer D R,,~Cranets estimate of cost eover- ing the proposed Sewer Pumping Plant Improvement was pre=-"=` rented to Council as~follovas: '. -_ .. ,,. .. , . ,~ - MINUTE RECORD OF ~F+GUT•AR MEET1IvTG OF THE CIT'1` COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 14th DRY OF October General Contract X3218.00 Pump Contract 1547.00 Electric Contract 700.00 5465.00 ~,Vhereupon it was agreed by Council that said estimate be accepted and placed on file for future consideration. ill Thereupon Mr. Tappa,owner of the Lakeside Auto Camp appeared before Council and requested that Council take steps to provide adequate drainage to take Bare of the possible overflow of Lake Elsinore. Upon Councils due consideration and discussion of the matter, it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Councilman Perret that the Clerk. by natrttcted to forward a letter to State Engineer E.O, Sullisan and call his attention to the con- dition of inadequate drainage provided under the State Highway at Riley Street and Graham Av. in Elsinore and request that an inaestgation.~f this situation be made with the view of providing ways and means of correcting said existing condition whicl; motion upon vote was carried. ThePeupOM it was moved by Councilman Mills and aee~nded by Councilman Macy that it be authorized to transfer ~20Q0.00 from the 7dater Fund to the General Fund of the City, which motion upon vote was unanimously carried. Bills in the amount of X3191.67 as auditing by the Auditing Committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and carried were ordered paid and the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants in payment of came. Thereupon there being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular adjourned session on Monday, October 20th., 1941, 7:30 P.M. in the City Hall, the Usual meeting place. ....III Mayor , rk
