Upon Councils due consideration and discussion of the matter, it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Councilman Perret that the Clerk. by natrttcted to forward a letter to State Engineer E.O, Sullisan and call his attention to the con- dition of inadequate drainage provided under the State Highway at Riley Street and Graham Av. in Elsinore and request that an inaestgation.~f this situation be made with the view of providing ways and means of correcting said existing condition whicl; motion upon vote was carried. ThePeupOM it was moved by Councilman Mills and aee~nded by Councilman Macy that it be authorized to transfer ~20Q0.00 from the 7dater Fund to the General Fund of the City, which motion upon vote was unanimously carried. Bills in the amount of X3191.67 as auditing by the Auditing Committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and carried were ordered paid and the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants in payment of came.
