H. Sprague calling to Councils attention that the'pine trees on Hampton Hiil were in need of water and requested that Council give same their attention. 'idhereupon.it'wa dul~T moved and carried that. said communication be received and filed. ,_. _-,-:-, Thereupon'Ordnance j~243 was:presentedrto Council oh second reading, being,an Ordnance~of the City°=of"Elsinore"amending°_Secton 19 ,of Ordinance ,161 repealing Grdnance X239 and regulating<Bowling Alleys: Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Iriills and seconded by Council- man Lovejoy that Ordinance;}~21;3'be passed and; adopted as read; which motion was carried by the ,following vote: -: ryes: Councilmen: Lovejoy, Macy, Perret, ASlls and IG7atich: None: None Absent: '..N6ne ,, r. _ < ...
