urged that the enclosed reservation card be returned promptly.

Thereupon the Clerk presented to Council a communication from
City Attorney Best, advising with reference to the ~-eir on Salt Crete

Whereupon it was~duly moved and carried that said communi-

Thereupon the Clerk presented to Council a communication
from E. R• Sullivan, District Engineer of Divis~n of Highways, together.
vrith attached Encroachment Permit, granting to the City of Elsinore,
permission to reconstruc the curb on the ,south side of-Graham avenue,
between Lowell. and Kellogg Streets, ,Highway Route;:#'J8. ;- ,
"J~hereupon it was moved by Councilman mills and seconded by
Coun~lman.Perret that said permit with--attached Palns for-reconstruction
of curb be .approved and :accepted, which, motion upon vote-was:; carried.<,

Councilman P?acy that the Clerk be instructed to give notice to the City'
Attorney.to draft an ordinanee.provdng;for the regulation-.and licensing
of boiYIing alley's ir. the City of Elsinore, as follows: Clos•ng,hour:.

sidewalk in front of the Ford Garage and request that she take necessary
action to repair same or that she will be legally held for any damage
actions, which motion upor. vote was carried.
Bills in the amount of X2858,80, as audited by the auditing
Committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and
carried vrere ordered paid and the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants
in payment of same.
Thereupon there being no further business to come before
Council, on motion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in
regular session on P;~onday P;4arch 24th at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the
City Hall the usual meeting place.
