Rice of the sum of y~10.00 contributed toward the expense of installation of the Al. N?ain Street Sewer. - ?'dhereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills and seeoaded by Councilman Macy that said check for ~510.00~1be accepted and deposited to the credit of the general fund, which motion upon vote was carried. Thereupon Council took up Por further consideration the bids received for furnishing gasoline to the City of Elsinore for a term of one ,year. T~ ereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills-and seconded by I Councilman N-racy that the bid of the Shell Oil Company be accepted and ~ that i~ ;lze authorized to enterc~into a contract-with said Company. to furnish gasoline to the City on the basis of prices quoted.for a term of one year from NRarch 1st, 1941, which motion upon vote was unanimously carried. Bills in the amount of :~ 962.68 as audited by the auditing committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and carried were ordered paid and the Clerk instructed to issue warrants in " payment of same. Thereupon there being no further business to come before Council on notion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular session on Noonday February 24th, at the hour of 7:30 P.
