Lovejoy, Carl Peterson, Henry Perret, J. E. Ie?ills and PT. &Tatich answered the roll call Absent:-- None Thereupon Council took up for further consideration the bids received from T~~.organ Bros, and the Union Oil Company to furnish the City 100 tons more or less of Road Oil and upon due consideration of said bids. It was moved by Councilman i~~`ills and seconded by Councilman Ferret that contract for 100 tons, more or less, of SC-2 Road Oil be awarded to :,"organ Bros., they being the best bidder and that the Clerk be instructed to notify them of this award, which motion was carried by the following vote:-- Ayes:-- Councilmen:-- Lovejoy, Peterson, Perret, TvSills and Matich.
