of the General TsTUnicipal Election held on Tuesday April ll~.th, 194?
in the City of Elsinore.
It was moved by Councilman fl4lle~-and seconded bg~Mayor
P+;atich that Councilmen C. A. Lovejoy and Henry Perret be appointed
tellers o~ the Council to-officially canvas the returns o2-said
general municipal election, which motion was carried by the following

Thereupon Resolution X375 was introduced and read, being a
resolution of the City Council declaring the result of the General

by Councilman Lovejoy that Resolutlon.~375 be passed. end adopted as
read, which motion was carried by the following vote:

Whereupon ~COunciI''took up for consideration-and discussion the'°matter
relative to `-the 'contract' awarded to Ross=Priillard Por the -construction?~='of a
sewer pumping plain and 'upon'due'corisderation of-said•matter<
It was moved. by Councilman Lovejoy and seconded by Councilman
Ferret that the"work under contract awarded<-to Ross iLSTlard-for the construction
oP a sewer pumping plant is not proceeding to the satisfaction of Council
and .therefore that it be ordered that the Bonding Company""that furnished-the bond on
behalf of Contractor Millard"be notified of this unsatisfaotorg condition with
request that they make an investigation of the matter which motion upon vote was
unanimously carried.
