Contract . a~~rarded' to Contractor Ross P.Sillard, - ~'dhereupon it ~5;as moved by pouncilman-Lovejoy and ..seconded by Councilman Ferret that Engineer D; ~. Crane berappointed.>Ins~ector to supervise the pouring of concrete at the City, Sewer Pumping Plant at.-a salary of w10,00 pet day, which motion upon vote was unanimously carried. Thereupon A. H, Loyd appeared befor.e,Council and 'complaritd~of'receiving an excessive water bill .and requested that Council authorize that a reasonable adjust- ment be made of the matter, tNhe~eeupon it vfas moved by C:ouncilman`i~acy and `seconded by Councilman It?ills that tY~e ";titer Clerk be authorized to correct P:ir, Loyds water bill on the basis of a minimum charge, plus X1.00 to compensate for lost water 'as the result of a leaky pipe, which motion upon vote was carried, i
