"SeRVwe"lWe FoRm 3~ m~ Thereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Co~.mcilman Lovejoy that Ordinance ;246 be passed and adopted as read which motion was carried by the following vote Ayes: Councilmen Lovejoy, Macy, Perret, Mills and Matich. Noea: None Absent None Thereupon Resolution rr367 was introd:ced and read being a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elsinore fixing the salaries of certain appointive officers of the City of Elsinor e. thereupon it was moved, by Co:zncilman R4ills and seconded by Councilman Lovejoy that Resolution X367 be passed and adopted as read, which motion was carried by the following vote Ayes: Councilmen Lovejoy, Macy, Perret, Mills and Matich. Noes None. Absent None. Thereupon Ordinance y~247 was presented to Council on first reading, being an Ordinance of the. City of Elsinore, creating a City Defense Council pursuant to Chapter 561, Statutes of 1941, and prescribing its duties and responsibilities. whereupon it was moved by Councilman Perret and seconded by Councilman Lovejoy that Ordinance pp247 be passed to its seco*_id reading which motion was carried by the following vote Ayes: Councilmen Lovejoy Perret, Mills and Matich. Noes None. Absent Councilman Macy. Bills in the amount of $295.97 as audited by the Auditing Committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and carried were ordered paid and the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants in payment of same. Thereupon there being no further business to come before Council on motion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular adjourned session on ~~ednesday Jan. 21st at the hour of 7:30 P,Pi, in the City Hall the usual meeting place.
