~ A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Elsinore was
held on the above date, The meeting was called to order at the hour
of '7:3oP.lu, with Niayor PJiatich in the Chair.

Absent: None
Minutes of the last regular meeting .of Council held on September 13t
vaere then read by the Clerk and there being no corrections or omissions
were approved as read,
Thereupon statement submitted by the Teraescal '.~~dater Co, was pre-
sented to Council, covering the water withdrawals from their Railroad
Canyon Reservoir during the amount of 12.14 Pd,I.D, or 511.'76 acre
feet.
NJhereupon it was rioved by Councilman b4ills and ascended by Council-
man Lovejoy that the report of the Temescal 7Nater Co. be accepted and
ordered placed on file tivhich motion upon vote was carried.
Thereupon the Clerk presented to Council a copy of Resolution passed
by the County Board of Supervisors and submitted by the County Tax
Collector, vahich provides authoriza%ion for the sale of certain ta$
delinquent property situate in the City of Elsinore and vicinity.
'nhereupon it was moved by Councilman Ts~iills and seconded by by Counci
Lovejoy that said resolution be received and ordered placed on file,.
which motion upon vote was carried.
Thereupon Councilman Po-nills s•eported to Council that the sidewald
and curbing in fromit of the Plaza Block on A7o, '?ain Street is badly
broken up, creating; a Yiazardous condition and suggested that the o~rner
be orderer. to repair same.,
Upon Councils consideration of the matter it was moved by Councilman
P,~i11s and seconded by Councilman Perret that the Clerk be instructed
to forvaard a letter to S?s. TQarer, noti f;Ting him of Mlle existing con-
dition and advising hid that Council have ordered that he make necessar
repairs on said sidewald vaithout delay, or that he will be obliged to
assume liability for any Claim for damages account any personal injury
which may be sustained as a result of his defective sidewald and curbin,
vahich motion upon vote was unanimously carried.
Bills in the amount of :;226'7.41 as audited by the auditing committee
were then presented to Council, which on motion duly made and carried
were ordered paid and the clerk zvas instructed to issue vrarrants
in pa~~nent of same.
Thereupon there being; no futher business to come before Council, on

motion duly made and carried bouncil adjourned to meet insregular session
on Monday October` 11th at the. hour of 7:30 .P,M. in the -C~y,Ha~ll; the,,usual
meeting place.
