Thereupon the Clerk presehted to Council notice received from the ~~!!, County Auditor advising that certain tax delinquent property in the I~; City of :,Elsinore has been sold and that claim-must ;be filed with; he ~i!County:-Auditor for the CityTs pro-rate.share of•the;proceeds.from sale: ~,~ of said property, not later than July 11th, 1943. , ~ I'dhereupon it was„duly moved and carried that the,City Clerk be '~~authorized to file said claim with the County Auditor for and on :behalf l,of the City of Elsinore. Thereupon a communication from Dr. i;Pe.rren Fox, County Health .Officer was:presented to Council in which he reported on his investigation of nuisance reported to exist at the C.L.`+Voodruff'Sanitarium and advised'"that at his insistence, and further stated that it is"possible that Y~4r. Wood ruff maintains a residence elseJvhere, as he could not locate any situation at the sanitarium-which would f,t"the nuisance as. outlined-and P this is the case,-he will be glad to investigate further- Whereupon it was agreed by'Couneil that action on this matter be"d.eferred until a further investigation is made of the property at the residence'of" Pllr. ~Noa3ru~f. I~Ihereupon it was moved by Councilman tyiills and seconded by Council- man Lovejoy that Resolution ,4388 be passed and adopted as read, t~hieh motion was carried by the following vote; Ayes: Councilmen: Lovejoy, S~ferrifild, Perret, t4ills, and ~'Iatich Noes: None Absent: ATOne Thereupon Councilman Lovejoy reported to Council that he has in- terviewed Per. John S. Green relative to his deliquent business License Tax and that as a result 5.~. Green has made payment of 35.00 to apply on his deliquent account. Bills in the amount of ;1917.7? as audited by the auditing commit then presented to Council, which on motion duly made and ca~tried ordered paid and the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants in nt of same. Thereupon there being no further business to come before Council motion duly made and carried Council adjourned to meet in regular ssioh on l~Yonday June l~.th, at the hour of '7:30 P.It~~. in the City Hall e usual muting place.
