QSAtlP~@p M Fv 48Q- 4hereupon it was moved ~Y Councilman Merrifield and seconded by Councilman Lovejoy that the Mayor be instructed to contact Supervisor ~ Stanfield, relative the County making an appropriation for the pay- merit of a portion of the rent of an office for the local ration board, which motion upon vote was carried. In the absence of Councilman Petter th"e Chair appointed Council- I ~ man Lovejoy to serve on the auditing Committee. Bills in the amount of p113.53 as audited by the auditing committee were then presented to Council and on motion duly made and carried were ordered paid and the Clerk was instructed to issue Warrants in pay- ~ merit of same.
