He further advised that he eras able to obtain a letter from the Temescal ',later Co. directed to the City to the effect that theq vaould recognize the llsinore Contract and the"Judgernent'of the `Court 'as to these.waters; a signed-coty-of said letter was submitted. for the Cityrs-files. ~`Tnereupon it was 1~~,oved by Councilman P:i11s and seconded by Councilman Perret °'that said `letters: be receved'arid placed on-file' which 'motion upon , vote vaa.s carried.. i. ._. Thereupon Fire Chief Ernest Johnson. submitted for Councils approval a.n amended list of the i~lsinore volunteer ?ire Department Roster as of January 5th, 1943, there 'being 10 men in the department, 3`being nevv members. Firhereupon it eras moved by Councilman T`i11s and seconded by Council- man Ferret that the roster of Firemen as submitted be appr'ived by Council and that. the Clerk be .iristructed to forward a copy of said" `roster to the State Compensation Ins. Fund, vrhich motion upon vote ivas uhdnimously 'carried. Thereupon it was reported to Council tha-t-'many inquiries are being made for rentals in ylsinore and that it is advisable to have a survey made=of the Gty to'obtain a complete list of rentals ava-ilable, and upon. .':Councils consideration of the matter, it was moved'by Councilman-'P.`ills` and seconded by Councilman it~errifield that Councilman Perret be appointed to contact the "Secretary of the` Chamber` of Comrneree 'relat!ive to-having a survey made oz^-the""city for'.obtaning a complete lis of""ava.i-lable rentals to be filed at the Chamber, and that it-'be authorized to'boritribute note to e~:ceed ;25.00 for the work in connection v~rith having such a survey made, which motion upon:vot~-was"carried. '' 6'lYi"ereupon it vvas moved by Councilman P,Cl]a and' seconded by -Council'- man Perret that it be authorized to have a notice published'n the ;~,lsinore Leader Press requesting all people having available rentals to report and :file them with' the Secretary of -the Chamber bf Commerce, ~rrhich motion upon -vote vvas carried.
