' Thereupon the clerk read the minutes oP the October 28th,amd ad~our meeting oP October 30th .There being no errors or ommissions were appro as read, Thereupon the Clerk read a letter Form the old age pension people is regards to Pimding then a home where theme could live on there small imeome.Letter ordered Piled.Clerk also read invitation Por members ®P City Coumeil t® attend league oP CaliP Cities meeting at Palffi Springs. Thereupon the Clerk read Ordinance No.266 an ordinance removing let 16 im block N.eP Hamptoms,Yirst addition to Elsiaare and lots 3 to 12 both inclusive eP block 3 oP Healds second addition to Elsinore Prom zone R3 to Zome B1 (Business zoae),Por its seeoad reading. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Allen seeoad by Councilman Good that ordinance ao.266 be adopted as read amd same be published im the Elsinore Leader press Per one time,Whieh motion was carried by the following vote. Vdhereupom it was moved by Councilman Allen seeoad by Councilman Goodwin that ordinance No 267 be passed to its second readimg,whieh mot ', was carried by the Pollowiag vote. Whereupon it was moved by Councilmaa Merrifieli second by Councilman Allen that the resignation mP Councilman Goodwin be tabled Por Further coasideratiem,Whieh motion upon vote was carried. Thereupon the clerk read the resignation oP Councilman Matich,it to take aPPeet at once. MINUTE RECORD OF Sheet Tw® of N®v.12th Meeting MEETING HELD ON THE DRY OF 19 Whereupon it was moved by Mayor Tarpley seco d by Cogcilmam Go®dwim that the resignation of Councilman Matich be accepted with regrets, which motion upon vote was carried. Thereupon Coumcilmam Allen repotrisa that he had contacted Mr Wills im regards to the people of Grand Ave dumping at the City Dump,he state they sow had a dump on there side of the Lake,but some might still come im to city dump.He else stated that the city should look f®r a new leeatiom for a city dump,Upon suggestion of Councilman Merrifield that land might be available at the north east seetior~ of the city Mayor Tarpley appointed Councilman Allen to investagate and report back at next meeting. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Merrifield second by Couseilmam Goodwin that chair b® removed from enterasee to pity dump and the sign, ' dumping Por City resedents only put up~whieh motion upon vote was Carrie . Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Goodwin second by Councilman Merrifield that the report of the City Water & License clerk be aces as read and filed,which motion upon vote was carried. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Merrifield second by Councilman Allen that the report of the City Treasurer and the City Clerk be accep as audited and filed which motion upon vote was carried. Whereupon it was move~t by Councilman Merrifield second by Councilman Goodwin the the bills be allowed as audited by the A~iditdmg Committee and clerk be instructed to issue warrests for same,whieh motion upon vote was carried. Whereupon it was moved by Couseilmam Goodwin second by Councilman Allen that meeting adjourn to meet again ®m November 25th,1946 at the regular time and plaee,Whieh motion upon vote was carried. -\ / .. ayor.
