The Clerk adjourned the meeting to Tuesday July,l6th. and notified the members oY the Council ' ®f said action. A regular adjourned meeting of the City Council oP the City of Elsinore was held on the above date .The meeting was called to order at the hour of 7:3o P.M. with Councilman Goodwin acting chairman in the chair. Gouneilmen: John Allen ;R©bert Goodwin and Nick Matich answer roll dell. Councilman Leslie Merrified and Mayor J.A.Tarpley absent. Thereupon the Clerk read ordinance NC.265,an ordinance setting th® ta$ rate for 1846-1847. Wh®reupon it was moved by Councilman Matich second by Councilman Allen that ordinance NC.265 be adopted as read and passed to its ascend reading. Which motion was carried by the following vote Councilman A11en yes " ^ Goodwin yes Noes none " " Matich yes Absent Tw® Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Matich second by Councilman Allen that meeting adjourn to meet again on Monday July 22,1946 at the regular time and place.
