'above date, The meeting was called to-order at the hour of x:30 P.11. with mayor J.A,
~Parpley in the -chair.
~~ Councilman, Kohn Al1en,Leslie Merrifield,W,P,Smith,Fred.Stokes and Mayor
'J,A,Tarpley answer roll call.
~~ This meeting haveing been called by Mayor Tarpley to consider the charming of the
Ildate set for the opening of bids fora 1"~otorgra~er. U
~ ,
~ Whereupon it was moved by Counci]man Smith second by Councilman Merrifield that
the date set for opening of bids for Motor Grader be changed from Monday Dec. 1.1947 to
'MMonday Dec.8th. 1947 and to be published on November 27th. and Dec.4th.1947-which
~anotion was carried by the following, ,vote;

~I Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Allen second by Councilman .Stokes that the
meeting be adjourned,which motion upon vote was carried.

VTANER OF NOTICE CF'SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY`COUNCIL of
the City of Elsinore.
-.:The undersigned members of the Council oP the City of
Elsinore do hereby waive notice of a special meeting thereof held
on Tuesday,the 18th day of November,1947 at the hour of '7:30 ~.M. -
at the City hall in said City and do hereby consent to the
holding of a special meeting at said time and place for the
transacting of the business<haveing to do with the readvertizeing
of bids for a Motor Grader.
