~+lsinore was held on the above date. The meeting was called to order at
the hour of 7:30 P.I~.4. with h7ayor Tarpley in the chair.

Thereupon the clerk read the minutes of the November 10th meeting
j~nd there being no errors or ommissions were approved as read.
Thereupon Councilman A11en, Street Commissioner brought up the sub-
l~eet of the bids for a motor grader vahich had been tabled on the meeting
~Iof A?ov. 10th. Both hiders were present and after some discussion by all
'resent it was thought best to readvertize for bids.
T`Thereupon it was moved by Councilman A11en Second by Councilman
errifield that all bids for the idotorgrader as advertized by rejected,

Thereupon the Clerk read resolution No. 48b a resolution settig the

Thereupon the Clerk read Resolution b'o. 487, a resolution setting
salaries of the Police Department as follows, Chief. X200.00 per
th, Asstt, Chief :;;170.00 per month, Patrolman No. 1 (A,G. Barber)
5.00 per month, and Patrolman No. 2 ;170,00 per month, also setting
amounts from funds to be paid from.

Thereupon the Clerk read Ordinance RTO. 283, an Ordinance amending
Ordinance 236 for a Luthern Church.

Thereupon the Clerk Read Ordinance No. 2ff4 for its first reading
an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 236, allovring retail Sales in Zone

City Yard in connection vaith the dog pound. ~Thich motion upon vote ovas
