Radovich, which motion upon vote eras carried. NIr. Thomas G7ilson, City Pound T.~Iaster, asked the Council to back him up in his autr~ority as Pound P~9aster, vahich he didn't seem to have. t~~las promised full cooperation of the Council. Councilman Stokes, ''/ater Commissioner, stated that he had a party that vaould. 1iY>e to purchase the old 1929 Model-A F~icl>up truck from the water department, was told to find out what it was worth and report back at next meeting. s'~ ereupon it was moved by Councilman Stokes, seconded by Councilman Smith that the police Departn;ent be authorized to purchase a heater for the Police car, also to be authorized to spend up to j50.00 (fifty dollars) for emergenc~i repairs and tires for police car, which motion upon vote was carried.
