A special meeting of the City of Elsinore was held on the above date. The
meeting :,tas called to order at the hour of 7:30 P.M. with Mayor Tarpley in the chair.
Counci]man: T.J. Hudson, Fred Penrod, T.R. Yarborough and P4ayor J.A. Tarpl
answer roll call.
Thereupon the Clerk read the application of Kewish and Barter for a Bridgo
License to be located at the Wreden Hotel.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Penrod second by Councilman Yarborough
the application of Kewish and Barter of the Wreden Hotel be granted, which motion
carried by the following vote.
Councilman T.J. Hudson Yes
" " Fred Penrod Yes Noes
T.R. Yarborough Yes Absent

Thereupon the Clerk read the application of Brock and Brown for a license
Bridgo License.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Yarhorough second by Councilman Penrod
hat the application of Brock and Bro=rrn be granted, which motion was carried by the
ollowinQ vote.

Thereupon the Clerk read a letter from Mr. Leven of Koffman & Leven that
Bridgo License be cancelled and that the City refund their payment of X100.00.
?dhereupon it was moved by Councilman Penrod second by Councilman Yarborough
t the Bridgo License of Koffman & Leven be cancelled and the license fee of ;;,100.00
refunded as requested, which motion was carried by the following vote.

Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Yarborough second by Councilman Penrod
the meeting be adjourned, which motion upon vote was carried.
