MINUTE RECORD OF
MEETING HELD ON THE
SPECIAL MET;TING ELSINORE CITY COUNCIL
3rd DxY of September Z9 1~8.
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Elsinore was bled on the

Councilman: Hudson, Penrod, Yarborough and Mayor Tarpley answer roll call.
;ouncilman Morton absent.
Thereupon Councilman Penrod reported as to the situation of the City Beach and
she dead fish on the day he was in charge, stating that certain parties there on that
tay had not been employred by him and had not worked for the City.
Thereupon Mayor Tarpley-reported that he had charge of the cleaning'of City
3each as per an agreement made at a meeting at the Aloha Pier by representatives from
ill around the Lake and Supervisor Weirick, but due to some misunderstanding he suggest
:d that the Council at this time appoint some one other than a member of the Council to
>e employed to take charge.
It was suggested that John Di Giaocomo be asked if he would have the time to do
,his, he being called in at this time and interviewed.
~.~Thereupon it was moved by Councilrnan Yarborough second by Councilman Hudson tha
john Di Giacomo he placed in charge of cleaning beach of dead fish, he to receive X1.00
ser hour for the time he put in also be allowed two dollars a day for use of his car
rhile doing this work, which motion upon vote was carried.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Yarborough second by Councilman Penrod tha
