A Special meeting of the City council of the City of "lsinore Was held ox~ the. bove date.The meeing was called to order at the hour of 500 ~i.M, idah Mayor arpley i~he chair. ~. Councilman Thomas hudson,~4m.Morton,Fred Pendo~,Thomas Yarborough and Mayor ~~'arpley Answer roll call. 'l The question of the regarding streets in the North West part of the Clay which ~ad been tabled at the regular meeting of May 26th.was brought up. Pir Hunt~of the hamber of Commerce being present stated that a number of neww houses wou];~l be built ~n that part o£ the City if the streets were regraded so that curb and sidewalk lines could be established. Councilman Yarborough stated that as the City funds were low he would see that en dollars would be collected from each property owner as sales were made and turn same ver to the City to refund money expended at this time for said gradingo II idhereupon it was moved by Councilman Hudson second by Councilman Morton 'that the i~treet department be authorized to regrade the £ollowing named Streets, Hill street etween Sumner and Pottery,. Mohr Street between Sumner and Pottery,. Davis Street etween Sumner and Flint Street,o Townsend Street beteewn Sumner and Chaney, and lower he grade at the intersection of Pottery and Mohr Streets, Councilman Thomas Yarborough o be authorized to collect the sum of ten dollars on the sale of each lot or lots :_:: ronLing on above streets and turn said money in to the City Clerk of the City of lsinore to compensate the City for money expended for regrading said streets,Which otion was carried by the Following Vote, ~j Councilman Hudson Yes ~,i " " Morton Yes Noes None " " Penrod Yes I~ " " Yarborough Yes Absent None i~ Mayor Tarpley Yes I~1Yiereupon it eras moved by Councilman Yarborough second by Councilman Hudson that meeting be ad~ourned,which motion upon vote was carried, Mayor `~ Cite -
