A special meeting of the City Council. of the City of Elsinore~.was held on the
above date.The meeting was called to order at the hour of 130 P.M.~wtki,Councilman
J.J.tavis acting Mayer.
Councilman; Farber, Penrod,Tavis,Yarborough and Mayor Tarpley-answer roll call,
-Mayor Tarpley reporting in a few minutes la9Gyand took over chair at that tine.°
Deputy City Attorney reported to the Council that a suit for title vrould have to
be started to clear up the proerty that was being sold to E.D,Patterson,also some
out standing bonds would have to be bought.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber second by Councilman Penrod that
Attorney Gediman be authorized to file suit in behalf of the City of Llsinore for
title of said property ,which motion was carried by the following vote.

Mayor Tarpley Yes
Councilman Farber appointed by the chair to find out about the outstanding bonds
on said property and to purchase same at best price.
John R.Di Giacomo Building Inspector reputed that Street improvment proceeding'-
would have to be statted to finish the widening of Main Street on the Plaza block as
a tenant there would not move a small building,'rhere being a good bit of paper work
connected with this Mr Di Giacomo offered to help Mr Harmon on-this matter:'3f he
was. given proper authority.
~ihereupon it was moved by Vounci]man Penrod second by councilman Tavis that Mr .
Di Giacomo be appointed as as"sistant to Mr Harmon Street Shpt. which motion°`was
carried by the following vote.

Whereupon it was moved by vouncilman Tavis second by councilman Penrod that the
clerk be authorized to pay Attorney for expenses accured in title suit which motion
upon vote was carried.
Thereupon the Clerk read reolution No.566 a reo~ution declaring intention of
certain Street work and calling a public hereing thereon widening of Main Street on
Plaza Block.
I Whereupon it was moved by Couneil*nan Farber second by Councilman Penrod that
I resolution No.566 be passed and adopted as read which motion was carried by the
following vote.

Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Penrod second by Councilman Tavi5 that the meeting be
adjournedtwhich motion upon vote was carried.
