M. with III Mayor Washburn.in the chair. III ~ Councilman: J. Tavis,S. Farber, R. Macy, C. Hull and Mayor Washburn I i ~ { ~ answered roll call. i t Thereupon the clerk read the minutes of-the previous meeting and there being I f I ~ no errors or omissions, were approved as read. a I i Thereupon Clerk read Planning Commission meeting minutes. I l ! Mr. F. Currie was present and gave the Clerk necessary Notice of Bid forms ~ for sewer disposal plant, to b e published and Resolution No. 647. Other bid forms I will be sent to City Clerk. One copy of Spec. and B~P were left for bidders at I I the City Clerk's Office. ~ Resolution No. 647 was read. i i I Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hull, that Resolution No. 647 be adopted as read. RO MIN VTfi RECORO Councilman Hull stated exhaust fan motor in Fire Department needed repairs !' and would like to trade in old 30 HP motor at City yard on the cost of repairing ~ exhaust fan motor. Councilman Hull to investigate cost and trade-in allowance.. i i ~ Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Tavis, that a 10~~ ! f , 1 ~ Pressure Regulator be purchased by Water Department, but that the small Pressuro ~ ~ Regulator be turned in for allowance on the 10° Pressure Regulator. ~ Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hu11, seconded by Councilman Farber, that ~I Clerk draw up Resolution No. 648 and Notices Inviting Bids for roof on City Storage I Reservoir. Plans and specs to be obtained at the office of the City Clerk upon I deposit of X5.00. If plans are returned in good condition within 5 days after ~ ,i sward of contract, the full amount of deposit on (1) set of plans will be ' I refurxied to each bidder su~.itting a bona fide bid. Motion., upon vote, was carried. Clerk to write for bids on 1200 of 10° water transit pipe. ! Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Tavis, seconded by Councilman Macy, that i il. Patrolman Zimmerman~s position be hereby declared vacant. Motion, upon vote, i was carried. i Mayor Washburn read a letter from the Christian Science Church pertaining to ! building a church on Lots 15 and 17 in Block 13, Lindsey Street. Council recommended ~ the letter to Building Department and Planning Commission for study of rezoning. ~ ) Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Councilman Farber, that I L License Clerks salary be raised X18.75 per month. Motion, upon vote, was carried. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Mayor Washlurn, that- ~ ~ I Clerk order 2 flags for City Hall, l a State Flag and l a U. S. Flag.
