A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Elsinore was held on
i the above date. The meeting was called to order`at the hour of 7:30 P. M.
~" with Mayor Washburn in the chair.
~ Councilman S. Farber, R. Hull, R. Macy. and Mayor Washburn answered Roll call.
Councilman J. Tavis absent.
Thereupon the .Clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting an$ there being
no .errors or omissions, were approved as read.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hull,
that it being 7:30 P. M. the bids for sewer disposal plant be opened. Motion, upon
vote, was carried.
' The following bids were received and opened:
Baker Construction Co.
Pipeline Construction Co.
Kelly Construction Co.
J. P. Evans, Inc.
Bock Co.
Bebek and Brkich
A. H. Famularo
Thereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Hull, that bid awards
be held over until next regular meeting. Motion, upon wte, was carried.:.,
t+hiereupon it was moved by Councilman Macy, seconded by Councilman Hull,-that
- J. P. Evans be allowed to withdraw his bid and check #648 for $6000.00 be returned.
Motion, upom vote, was carried.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hnfi~, that
Councilman Macy get D. R. Crane to investigate and determine repairs needed on
light .system West side of Main Street between Methodist Church and City Park.
Motion, upon vote, was carried.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Councilman Macy, that
bills be paid as audited by auditing committee and warrants be drawn for same.
Motion, upom vote, was carried.
Mr. Harmon was requested to use his judgment to either remove or trim tree
on corner of Silver and W. Graham Avenue.
Whereupon it was moved by Mayor Washburn, seconded by Councilman Macy, that
--- area in f rant of Independence Church on Kellogg Street be blacktopped. Motion,
upon vote, was carried.
It was requested that Councilmen Farber and Macy check over Planning Commission
Rezoning data.
