The meeting was callea to order at the hour of 7:30 P.M. with Mayor .Tashburn in the chair. i Councilmen R. Hull, R. Macy, J. Tavis, S. Farber and PTauor :Tashburn were present. Thereupon the Clerk read the minutes of the meeting of June 25th. 1951 and I there being no errors or omissions, were approved as read. ;~nereupon it ,Jas moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hull that Resolution No. 697, accepting deed to Lot 71 C.C.H. unit 26 be hereby accepted and the clerk to hold up payment of check until A. A. Gregory produces paid up delinquent tax receipt. Motion was carried by the following vote: Councilman Hull Yes Absent: None Councilman Tavis Pass Councilman Macy Yes Pass:. Motion, upon vote, was carried. ~i i~Pnereupon it was moved by Councilman Macy, seconded by Councilman Farber that Clerk send City Attorney a list of State lots the city would ,.rant so that he may j prepare an agreement by & between the City of Elsinore and the Board of Supervisors. Thereupon the Clerk opened bids for cooling system for City Hall as follocas: Elsinore Plumbing Shop ~ 415.00 ~ Elsinore Heating EC Air Cond. 386.40 II ;nlizereupon it was moved b~T Councilman Tavis, seconded by T:ayor `,Tashburn-that ~I the Elsinore Heating & Air Conditioning, being low bidder, be given the contract ~~ for installation of cooling system. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Macy, seconded by Councilman Farber that Clerk be .authorized to purchase U.S. envelopes. Motion, upon vote, was carried. ~P.nereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hull that tine city purchase curb & gutter forms as per our specifications 2_3-2l~. ATotion, upon vote was carried. Councilman Farber gave cost report on I~Tercury-Vapor lamp for corner of TSain and Graham Streets. Councilman Hu11 have police report for the previous two Ureeks, also building department report for month:. of June. ',+Pnereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded that G:O. Soots salary be reduced 'to x$100.00 per month. The City Council to meet with Planning Commission, Ylednesday, July 18, 1951 at 7:00 P.M. o'clock. City Council to hold an a.d.journed meeting July 20, 1951 at 7:30 P:i1.- oS:clock.
