DAY OF OotOber I9 51 A xeguiar meeting of the City Counpil of the City of Elsinore-was held on III the above date. The meeting was called to order at the hour of 7s45 P.M. with ~~ Counoilmen Mae in the ohair. Y Counoilmen R. Hu11, J. Ta6ie and R. Maoy were present. Absent S. Farber. and Mayor Washburn. Thereupon the Clerk read the minutes of the meeting oP September 24, 1951 ~ and there. being no errors or omissions, were approved as read.. Whereupon it was moved by Counoil.~n Tavis, seconded by Counoilmen Maoy that the Building Iaspeotor find out from loyal oontreotors whether or not they pan do the vrork oheaper than Beb'eok ~ Brkioh as per letter of wow as submitted i by Bebeok k Brkioh. Motion, upon vote, was parried. i i whereupon it was moved by Counoilmen Hull, aeoonded by Counoilmen Tavis that the City Clerk up the petty oash fund to X100.00 from X50.00. Graham Ave. in front oP II. S. Forestry Station ~~ ~~ ~ on either side oP the fire trunk driveway. Motion, upon vote, was parried. Whereupoa it was moved by Counoilmen Tavis, seconded by Cpu~plman Many that the alley between Prospeot St and E. Graham Ave. not be bleoktopped until the owner who hen a garage on the alley property be moved bank on his warn property. The pity attorney shall give proper~or legal notice to property owner to do same. Clerk to give above nvtipe of m©tion to Street Commissioner. Whereupon it-wee moved by Counpil.~n Takig aeoonded by Councilman Hull i that bills be mid as audited by auditing committee and warran~e be drawn for same. Motion, Upon vot®c`, was carried. Whereupon it was moved by Counoilmen Tavis, aeoonded by Councilman Hull that there being no Further business, the meeting adjourn at 9s00 P. M. o~plook. Motion, upon vote, was parried.
