S.P SCR%OC IgIC FpgM ~?'{_~~^,Y~~~~~ 6T NDRRO MIN YTE REC OflD ~ ~'; A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Elsinore was held on i ~j the above date, The meeting was called to order at the hour of 7:30 P, M, with ~ ;~ Mayor Washburn in the chair. `{ I' ii I ~ Conncilme R, Hull, R, Macy, S, Farber, J, Tavis and Mayor Glashburn were preselit. P Thereupon the Clerk read the minutes of the meeting of February 11th, 1952 `! and there being no errors or omissions, were approved as read,. ~-; Thereupon the Clerk read the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting and ,_, Council stated the appointment of two new commissioners would be held over until the new council is installed. ~~]hereupon it was moved by Councilman Tavis, seconded by Councilman Macy, that,a letter be sent to the Gity of Albany joining their protest in the matter of milk price increases, Motion, upon vote, was carried. 6hereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Councilman Farber, that the City Police Department purchase four 600 x lb !~-play tires and tubes from the Union Oil Company as per prices submitted by 'r1, G, Barber. Motion, upon vote, was carried. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Tavis, seconded by Councilman Hull, that a resolution be drawn, passed and adopted giving H, H, Stewart a two year agreement for purchasing all the garbage from the City of Elsinore at the price of $10,00 per month. Motion, upon vote, was carried, Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Councilman Farber, that C, 0, Soots repair garbage stand. Motion, upon vote, was carried. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hull, that the clerk be authorirized to purchase one 25 foot pole with mercury light also one 8 foot bracket mount with mercury light. Motion, upon vote, was carried. 4hereupon it was moved by Councilman Macy, seconded by Councilman Hull, that Bebeck and Brkich be granted extension of time until March 10, 1952 for completion- Hate of Outfall Se47er Plant, Motion, upon vote, was carried, thereupon it was moved by Mayor Washburn, seconded by Councilman Tavis, that -- A, Mantonya, if retained, shall receive X100.00 for work period March 1st to March 15th, 1952. Motion, upon vote, was carried, Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Hull, seconded by Councilman Farber, that the City-Clerk purchase 1/2 doz. b3ankets, 1 pair shoes and shirts and Levis for police department jail and prisoners, Motion, upon vote, was carried, Mr. Harmon to investigate the water meter situation at the Sapkin Bldg, and Mr. Soots to .check the sewer on Lewis St. with reference to refund applied =- for by Paul Payne.
