!!E the. above date. The Meeting was called to order at the hour of 7030 P.M. with

Councilmen R.Hul1,R.I~Iacy,S.Farber,J.Tavis and Mayor %dashburn were present.

~i Thereupon the Clerk read the minutes o£ the *meeting of March24,1952 and.
i' there tieing no errors or omissions were approved as read.
''^]hereupon it eras moved by Councilman Farber,seconded by Councilman I~facy that
Ordinance #339 be held over until the next meeting, Motion upon vote,was carried.
(hereupon it was moved by Councilman Farber, seconded by Councilman Hull that
the Franchise Checks from California Electric Power Co. ahd tha So. California Gas
Company be accepted. Motion,upon vote,was carried.
+1}zereupon it Maas moved by Councilman Macy seconded by Councilman Farber that
G.Hunt be hired and kept on two weeks to help new City Clerk. T4otion, upon vote,was
carried.
"thereupon it was moved. by P4ayor ~Tashburn seconded bar 6ouncilman Hull that
J.Truitt and .Ira Bradley be issued Certificates off Merit for services performed.
Motion,upon vote, was carried.
7Tnereupon it was moved by Councilman Tavis,seconded by Councilman Macy that
the T$easurer's report be accepted as read.i~iotion,upon vote,oras carried.
4~hiereupon it was moved by Councilman Tavis,seeonded by Councilman H ull that
bills be paid as audited by auditing committee and warrants be drawn for szme. Motion
upon vote,was carried.
~rhereuopn it was moved by Councilman Tavis seconed by Councilman Hull that
there being no further business the meeting adjourn at 9:00 P.M. until April 15th.
