Noellsch asking that the City Council do not issue said licaise. ~! The Clerk read ordinance 340, an ordinance requiring all persons convicted of felonies, to register wityh the Chief of Police. On motion of Councilman Hull sedonded by Councilman Nelson and carried ordinance No. 340 was passed as its First reading.
