Mr Rarmon also dorected the attention of the council to the need of purchasing I200 feet of IO inch transits pipe to camplite the direct inlet to the main reaerwir also suggested that city tar and wrap iron pipe that 3s placed underground~no actioa takes on these suggestions.. Gneral discussion was had on the purchase oY a new pump for use as a standby booster pnmp~city clerk advised council that advertising fob prices on this was not required as-prices pouted were under the amount required by 1aw~The clerk was instrueJred to write pump eompan3.es that had submitted (l prices asking what allowance they wouf4 make for material the sow has and desires to dd4spose of.
