The regular meeting of the city council of the ed~ty of Elsinore was ad~nrned at 7~0~
ifor leak of quorum,The clerk called an ad3ourned meeting to be held at the regular

Clerk read aommnnication from Beat & Best reference to proposed traffic directional
billboard on Highway #3g5 near Temecalas9~f motion by councilman Hull seconded by
councilman Johnson that resolution ~jlr7. and Mayor and City Clerk bq authorized to
sighn agreement for maintainsnea of said sign at an annual rental of ~120.C0
instead oY the proposed X10,00 monthly motion carried by following vota~

Clerk brought up matter of Harry Rosenbergs water bill X7.17 which had been prntes
by Rosenberg on the gourds that the family had been away and place closed for most
period clerk stated meter had been checked and found OK,~f~E redress denied
