The Elsinore city council met in regular session on the above date and was called fro
at 7:30pm by Mayor Morgan'following councilmen answered roll-call Johnson' Nelson
and Mayor Morgan.

Clerk read the minutes of meetings of December 22 & 29 th there being no errors or
omissions noted minutes. were approved asc read,
Clerk then read the following communications letter from Geo.Bergren withdrawing his
application for license to operate a pool & card Boom at 120 N Main St.

Resolution ~~$$ requesting special census be taken sand authorizing clerk to draw
warrant against general fend favor of UrLited States Treasurer for the required amount
as outlined in the above communication clerk instructed to request that effort be made
Ito complete enumeration by April 30th 19530
Three bids were read by the clerk to 'supply 4-tires and tubes fofr Mr Soots car,
W G Barber Service Station being the low bidder~oa motion made by Councilman Nelson
seconded by Johnson and carried this bid was accepted and purchase authorized.
On motion by Councilman Johnson seconded by Nelson purchase of two Fog Nozzles and
a gas mask for the fire department was authorized total cost X291.50' clerk instruef~ed
to obtain prices on a small quanity of 1~~~ hose,
Clerk instructred to write Currie Engineering Co relative the .sewer plant electrical
trouble'sending them a copy of the bill for repairs and request an adjustment,
Junk yard ordinance ~3i+2 was discussed and it was decided to add one more section
to it befofre taking any action.
It was moved by Mayor Morgan seconded ny Nelson that warrants as audited by the
commoittee be approved and ordered paid motion carried,
It was moved by Councilman Johnson seconded by Nelson .that the monthly reports of tree
& Clerk be accepted and filed motion carried.
Clerk instructed to write County Board of Supervisors relative to securing assistance
in graveling Franklin St and Avenue 6 to the new city comp,
It was moved by Councilaan Nelson secobded by Johnson & carried meeting adjourn at 9
