VALE FORM 1 972 STANDARD MINUTE RECORD ' _. _. __.. _ _ _.....m.. .,..~. _ The Elsinore city council met on the above date at 7:30pm and was called to order by ~, Mayor Morgan: the fol3owing councilmen answered roll call JOHNSON#HiTLL# WASHBURN ~ "! and MAYOR MORGAN. oouncilman Nelson absent on account of illness ~ ', Councilman Hull led in the salute to the flag and pledge of allegiance Clerk read the minutes of the meeting of April 13th there being no errors or ommissi s were approved as read. ~ Council was advised of the expiration of the planning commissioners terms of ~E commisssionera Claxton and Coxi~n'the appointment of suceessobs was postponed till ~~ a later meeting On motion by Councilman Hullseconded by Johnson and carried resolution # ryryl a resolution authori.ziag the transfer of ~ 580.00 Prom general to Planning Commission fund to finance the planned activities of the commission Re- revised zoning ordinance and maps. , I: Jack Baer was called on to speak he responded with a short explanation of the propoa~ Yi.gh school bond election. also made report, on the past and planned activitiies of the recreation Commissiott On motion by councilman Johnson seconded by Hull clerk rasa authorized to issue P 0 N< for 200 dog. license tags. ~ D 9 j D, -~ - Clerk advised council that asst mater clerk.
