SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER P9, 1959
The City Council of the City of Elsinore met in special session
on Thursday October 29, 1959, and was called to order at 2:00 P.M.
with Mayor Bartlett presiding.
Roll call found all five councilmen present.
Attorney Kegley present and stated that as he sees it, all members
were served with an injunction, and council can do nothing but
comply with it,
On motion, Councilman Davidson, seconded Councilman McAdams,
that resolution be passed for council to comply~~ with Judge
Waite as to the temporary restraining order & order to show
cause #70940, Passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Formal resolution to be drawn by Attorney Kegley.
Attorney Kegley then stated that he had consulted with S.V.O.
Pritchard, who wall serve as consulting attorney if the council
.wishes.
On motion Councilman Davidson, seconded Councilman Yarborough,
S,V.O, Pritchard be hired as associate counsel with Attorney
Kegley at a fee of $20 per hour for consultation & research,
and $125 per day each for court room time. Passed on the
following roll call vote,

Considerable discussion followed on the water situation, and
the meeting-adjourned at 3:45 on motion Councilman Macy,
seconded Councilman Yarborough.
