Adjourned Meeting June 27, 19~
The .City Council of the City of Elsinore met in an adjourned
session on June 27~ 1960 and was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
with Mayor Bartlett presiding.
Invocation was delivered by Councilman Yarborough, and the Pledge
of Allegiance was led by Councilman Davidson.
Roll call found all five councilmen present.
Reading of the minutes was diapeased with.
The operating agreement regarding the skating rink was road in full,
iith-Resolution 1020, authorising Mayor Bartlett to execute said
agreement being passed on motion Councilman Yarborough, aeconded

Resolution 1021 authorising signatures for the naintaineace agreement
for state highway is Rlsiaoro carried on motion Councilman Berry,
aeconded Councilman Yarborough.
Oa m®tion Councilman Yarborough, secondsd Councilman Berry, Rev.
Masaey's request to use North Park for tent meetings. from the
7th-2ltth of July, carried.
Oa motion Gonncilman Berry, aeconded Councilman Yarborough, the
vacations of the city yard employees were approved, and the rogneat
of A. Anderson to draw his vacation pay.
Mr.-Lyle Cameron again asked the council to support his request to
ooppera a parachute dumping school at the end of Lucerne St. Mrs.
Rimoli, Mra. Mayhall, Mr. Perkin:, Vic Kunkle, Lou Ooulart and
Evaline Morrison exprossed their views on the matter. Mr. Perkins
a',5ked the_eouacil.to keep.their eyes open and support what they
already have. Mayor Bartlett appointed Councilman Yarborough and
Hitt to attend the Planning Commission meeting on June 30 to
discuss the issue.
