Iavpcatipn was delivered by Councilman Yarborough, axid the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Couxicilmaa Davidson. Roll call was answered by all five councilmen. Minutes of February 15 reg. meeting attd February 17 ad3ourtted meeting were approved as read. Planning Commissipn minutes of March 3 were accepted & ordered filed. State water Rights Board hearing oa the Lake Elsinore Park & Parkway District vs. Temescal Water Co. was read & discussed. Held ever to next meeting for farther study. - On motioa Councilman Davidson, seconded Councilman Macy, carried, Mary Hartz' applicatipn for card room license at B & B, wan Disapproved.. Oa motioa Cpuacilmaxi Davidson, seconded Councilman McAdams, carried, it Wan agreed increase is water rates would take effect with tlae May 1 billing. Ordinance 391, increasing the miaffimum water rate to X5.00 was read for the first time and accepted after being corrected oa motioa Councilmaa Davfdsea, seconded Councilman Yarborough, car. Resol. 1013 regarding engineering agreement was held mver to next meeting. Resol. 1012 requesting the Governer to take action for the restpratioa of Lake Elsinore was carried pn motioa Councilman Yarborough, seconded Councilman McAdams. Mayor Bartlett appointed Councilman Yarborough & Macy to investigate into the ppssibility of the City making use of the bldgs. located at the cad of Poe at Lakeshore. The clerk's & treasurer's reports for Jan, were accepted pxi motioa Couxicilmaa Davidson, seconded Councilman Macy, carried, warrants audited by the cpmmittee were approved & order paid pxi mptioxi Councilman Yarborough, seconded Councilman Davidson, carried.
