Invocation was delivered by Rev. Easter and the Pledge of ',llegiance was led by Councilr~a-n Davidson. Roll call was answered by a. ]_1 five councilmen. i'~4inutes of Dec. 21 regular rceeting were approved as read, The Planning Corr^ission minutes of Dec. 3E', 1959 ~rere accepted and ordered filed. On motion Councilran I~1acy, seconded Councilman Davidson, the request of the Calif. udater ~ Telephone Co. for an easement through lots 9,1J,11 & 12 of block 15, was refused. P~Iayor Bartlett 'then appci_nted Councilmen Yarborough ~~ Macy to look,.into the reo,uest of S, J, Goldman to rezone a portion of lots g 8c 10 in Block 69 to an R-3 zone. Councilman Alciidars will .investigate the request of ~'v.~..
