COUNCIL NiiiiTTING Jrl~iU1~RY 4,, 1960
The City Council of the City of Elsinore filet in regular
session on January /~, 1950, and was called to order at 7:3C P.Ii~i.
with itiTayor Bartlett presiding.
Invocation was delivered by Rev. Easter and the Pledge of
',llegiance was led by Councilr~a-n Davidson.
Roll call was answered by a. ]_1 five councilmen.
i'~4inutes of Dec. 21 regular rceeting were approved as read,
The Planning Corr^ission minutes of Dec. 3E', 1959 ~rere accepted
and ordered filed.
On motion Councilran I~1acy, seconded Councilman Davidson, the
request of the Calif. udater ~ Telephone Co. for an easement
through lots 9,1J,11 & 12 of block 15, was refused.
P~Iayor Bartlett 'then appci_nted Councilmen Yarborough ~~ Macy
to look,.into the reo,uest of S, J, Goldman to rezone a
portion of lots g 8c 10 in Block 69 to an R-3 zone.
Councilman Alciidars will .investigate the request of ~'v.~.. P4iller
for street ir.provement on Rancho, Rupa.rd & Pottery Streets>
On motion Council::^.an Tacy, seconded Councilran NIc!!darns, the
cla.ira of Robert B. Ballou for his client Yate Young, for fire
dar;:age in Oct., 195?, was rejected ~, referred to insurance
c orapa.ny.

Councilman Pracy, seconded. Councili.xan Davidson, carried, Gle-rlc
to notify D'Ir. Milts that he will be granted hewing if desired.,
also request that he subrr~it check in proper arYicunt for other
licenses.
I'~Ir. Olefsky's request to erect sign on cornor of Graham Z, Riley,
was carried over.
Nir. RodgerTS request for easement at Chaney 8c Sumner was held
to next meeting on motion Ccunci.lman Macy, seconded Councilman
T-~tc~°~dams, carried. T~'Ir, Rodgers present nd spoke to the
Council on his plight. t?ttorney Kegley~also spoke regarding
the situation.
